Wooden spoon or other heat resistant stirrer
Glass jar or sauce bottle for storage
- 4 tbsp grass fed butter
- 2 tsp monk fruit sweetener with allulose
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or unsweetened whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt the butter in a small pot over low to medium heat and let it cook until it turns golden-brown.
Pour the heavy cream and stir until mixed.
