Sugar Free Ketchup | Sugar Free Tomato Sauce Recipe
This recipe will only take 30 minutes to make. It tastes better than any ketchup you can buy at the store.
- 6 oz tomato paste
- ¼ cup besti powdered erythritol (or powdered monk fruit)
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar for paleo (or white vinegar)
- ¾ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp mustard powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk them until smooth.
Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes with a lid on top until it thickens to your desired consistency. You can taste and adjust the salt or sweetener if need be.
Puree the final product in a high-powered blender for at least 30 seconds to get the best consistency although this is optional.
